Shipping Policy

The Basics

Every product is made to order from our sustainably-sourced hard/softwood stock. Depending on authorization and verification of payment details, orders should ship within 2-4 weeks, but if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, public holidays, or any unforeseen events, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will try to contact you via email or telephone. Any shipping windows provided by us are only estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Compass Map Company is not responsible or liable for any customs or taxes applied to your order. EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY PROVIDED HEREIN, ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to ship within the United States. We hope to be able to ship internationally at a future date. Events Outside of Our Control

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under the Terms of Sale, our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
