Return Policy

Each piece of wood behaves differently and each product that we create is unique. None of our products will look exactly as they do in the product pictures.

  • Natural Variation: Wood is a natural material, and each piece is unique. Variations in color, grain pattern, and texture are inherent characteristics and should be expected. These variations are not considered flaws or defects but are a natural result of the material and craftsmanship.

  • Color Matching: The final product may differ in appearance from samples or product photographs due to the unique way each piece of wood absorbs finishes. We cannot guarantee an exact color match.

  • Unique Character: Many of our pieces are handcrafted, and minor imperfections, such as small knots, holes, or variations in the surface, contribute to their unique charm and character. 

 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be a standard, not custom, product in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
